What is Inoleap Tourism?

Inoleap Tourism is a global tourism and business discovery platform that connects tourism businesses—including accommodations, tour operators, and local experience providers—with travelers and tourists worldwide. Our mission is to make tourism businesses globally accessible and help travelers discover authentic experiences and quality accommodations at competitive prices.

Is Inoleap Tourism free to use?

Yes! Creating listings and managing your tourism business on Inoleap is completely free. There are no hidden fees for basic features. We only charge a small commission (8% total) when bookings are completed and confirmed by both parties. This is significantly lower than competitors like Booking.com (15-20%) and Airbnb (~17%).

What countries does Inoleap serve?

Inoleap Tourism operates globally and supports multiple countries, currencies, and languages. We serve tourism businesses and travelers from around the world. You can specify your location when creating a listing, and travelers can search by country, city, and region.

What languages does Inoleap support?

We support multiple languages including Georgian, English, Russian, and others. You can change your language preference in your account settings. Our support team can assist you in your preferred language.

How does Inoleap make money if listings are free?

We earn a small commission only when bookings are successfully completed. The commission structure is:

  • Guest Service Fee: 5% (added to the booking price)
  • Host Commission: 3% (deducted from host payout)
  • Total Platform Revenue: 8%

This is only charged when both the host confirms the booking AND the guest confirms check-in satisfaction.

Account & Registration

How do I create an account?
  1. Click the "Sign Up" button on the homepage
  2. Enter your email address and create a strong password
  3. Verify your email by clicking the link in the confirmation email
  4. Complete your profile with your name, phone number, and photo
  5. Your account is ready to use!
What information do I need to provide?

At minimum, you need:

  • Email address (must be verified)
  • Phone number (must be verified)
  • Full name
  • Country of residence

For hosts, we also recommend:

  • Professional photo
  • Detailed business description
  • Complete address and location details
How do I verify my email and phone?

After registration, you'll receive a verification email. Click the link to verify your email. For phone verification, you'll receive an SMS code—enter it in your account settings. Both verifications are required to create listings and accept bookings.

Can I change my email or phone number?

Yes! Go to Account Settings → Profile and update your contact information. You'll need to verify the new email or phone number before it becomes active.

What if I forgot my password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. Enter your email address, and we'll send you a password reset link. Follow the instructions to create a new password. You can also reset via SMS if you prefer.

Can I have multiple accounts?

No, each person should have one account. Multiple accounts may violate our terms and could result in account suspension. If you manage multiple properties, you can add them all to a single account.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Account Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently delete your account and all associated data. Note: You cannot delete an account with active bookings or pending payments.

Listings & Services

How do I create a listing?
  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click "Create New Listing"
  3. Select your listing category (accommodation, tour, experience, etc.)
  4. Fill in the required information (Title, description, location, photos, pricing, availability)
  5. Review and publish
What types of listings can I create?
  • Accommodations: Hotels, hostels, guesthouses, vacation rentals, apartments
  • Tours & Experiences: Guided tours, adventure activities, cultural experiences
  • Services: Transportation, dining, entertainment, local guides
  • Other: Any tourism-related business
How many listings can I create?

There's no limit! You can create as many listings as you need to represent your business.

Can I edit my listing after publishing?

Yes! Click "Edit" on your listing anytime to update Title, Photos, Pricing, Availability, etc. Changes take effect immediately.

What is instant booking?

If enabled, guests can book immediately without waiting for your approval. You can enable/disable this in your listing settings. Instant booking is great for high-demand properties.

What cancellation policies are available?
  • Flexible: Full refund up to 24 hours before check-in
  • Moderate: Full refund up to 7 days before check-in
  • Strict: Full refund up to 14 days before check-in
  • Non-refundable: No refunds after booking confirmed

Booking & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard
  • Digital Wallets: PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay
  • Bank Transfers: Direct bank payment (where available)
  • Local Methods: Country-specific payment options
How does the escrow system work?

When a booking is confirmed:

  1. Guest's payment is held in escrow (secure account)
  2. Host receives notification of confirmed booking
  3. Guest checks in and confirms satisfaction
  4. Payment is released to host's wallet
  5. If dispute arises, funds are frozen until resolved
When do I get paid?

Payment is released to your wallet when the guest confirms check-in satisfaction, OR the checkout date passes (auto-complete after 48 hours). You can then withdraw funds to your bank account.

How does Inoleap protect users?

What is the Trust Badge?

A Trust Badge indicates a verified, reliable host. You can earn it by maintaining a high rating (4.5+ stars), completing multiple successful bookings, responding quickly, and having verified identity.

What should I do if I suspect a scam?

Don't send money outside the platform. Don't share personal financial information. Report immediately using the report button and contact support with details.

Wallet & Payouts

How do I withdraw money?
  1. Go to Wallet → Withdraw
  2. Enter the amount you want to withdraw
  3. Select your bank account or payment method
  4. Confirm and submit (Processing takes 3-5 business days)
Are there fees for withdrawals?

No, withdrawals are free. However, your bank may charge a fee for receiving international transfers (if applicable).
